The Domaine d'APRONIE is an organic and innovative wine estate located in Saint-Flavy, in the Aube region.Founded in 2022 by Amandine and Nicolas Collot, the estate stands out for its commitment to excellence and authenticity. In addition to offering grape-based spirits that draw on local traditions while exploring new approaches, the estate is also dedicated to producing still rosé wines. These wines embody the elegance and finesse of the Aube terroir, while remaining true to organic farming principles.
APRONIE offers a range of organic Gins, including an alcohol-free version, designed to provide everyone with a memorable tasting experience. This vision reflects the founders' desire to bring people together for enjoyable moments, regardless of their aperitif preferences. APRONIE's product quality has already been internationally recognized. Their Gin won a gold medal with an outstanding score of 94/100 at the prestigious International Wine & Spirits Awards 2024 in Barcelona. This success reflects the estate's ambition to push boundaries and deliver exceptional taste experiences to its customers.
